Jasmine Crocket: While studying to become a CPA, she was told by a college professor that she had too much personality for such a straight-laced career track. (If you’ve every seen her speak, you probably agree.) After collaborating with a law firm to address racist hate mail and Black students' cars being keyed on campus, Jasmine was inspired to become a attorney. She worked as a public defender and formed a private law firm to help Black Lives Matter activists before becoming a US Representative in 2021for Dallas, Texas.
