Refund policy
We want you (or your loved ones) to be thrilled with your jewelry purchase. That's why we always give you 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. Please do not sleep or exercise in your selections during the trial period and also make sure to avoid exposure to water or chemicals such as perfumes and lotions. (These are best practices for all jewelry in general!)
To start a return or exchange, please with info@astonesthrow.us and put “RETURN of (your item)” or “EXCHANGE of (your item)" in the subject of your email. You will receive instructions on how to proceed, but please note that returned pieces must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
Damages or other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the problem.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, gift cards, and custom orders. As a small business, we are unable to refund original shipping fees or return shipping of the merchandise.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and A Stone's Throw is unable to refund original shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
